Built right into the cap is the innovative UV-C purification system. When filling the bottle, press down twice for Normal Mode and five times for Crazy Mode. The Normal Mode is designed for tap water and takes only 60 seconds to purify. The Crazy Mode is meant for questionable water sources like public water fountains. Every four hours, the UV-C cap will even automatically enter self-cleaning mode, keeping both the water and bottle free of mold, mildew, germs, and odors. The UV-C cap can also be used to sanitize surfaces such as shared workspaces, doorknobs, and even mobile phones. No, the bottle does not unscrew from the bottom.

Is the water still cold or hot?

CrazyCap keeps contents cold for 24 hrs and hot for 12 hrs. Hot contents
must not exceed 50 degrees celsius.
