How long does it take to brew? What is the alcohol content?

The brewing process takes about 90 minutes. It ferments for two weeks then it is ready to put into bottles. The alcohol content on this recipe is 5.5% ABV.

Can we craft our own beers after the first batch is done with the same set up? Where do we get the ingredients?

Yes, this equipment is good to use for multiple batches. New ingredients can either be purchased directly from Craft a Brew or at your local brewing supply store.

This is a food-safe, alcohol-filled (no mercury) thermometer.
