How easy is it to clean the grill? How do the heating elements handle juice and oil dripping on it?

We've made cleaning simple! Warm water and a soft brush for the briquettes. Warm water, soap, and a brush for the cooking surface.

Heating elements handle the juice and oil just fine when it actually comes in contact with them; the cooking surface is designed to prevent most of the juice and oil from falling through.
