Cowhide Gallery selects each cowhide for its quality and beauty, so every rug is unique and individual in its own way because it is a natural product. These charismatic rugs also feature a completely natural shape for truly unique style.

Natural leather may show scars, insect bites, veins, and variation in hair density, shade, and grain. This proves the rug is a genuine hide, and makes each one a statement of authenticity and individuality.

When your rug first arrives, lay it out flat, and the creases from being packaged will flatten out within a day or two. If using the rug in a high traffic area, rotate it occasionally so that it wears evenly. Vacuum regularly, and moving with the direction of the hairs. Cowhides are durable and naturally stain resistant. Liquid spills can be quickly wiped up with a damp sponge, but avoid hard or excessive friction.
