As the decade comes to an end, it's time to sit in gratitude and reflection. Ten years is a long span of time for progress and change. Inevitably, we've grown more mature, more successful, more conscious.

COUP celebrates with this timelessness in mind. COUP champagne is in distinct in one particular characteristic: time. They only collect bottles that have been cellar aged and disgorged (the step to remove the aging yeast) until this year, which means an incredible 15 years since harvest. To give you perspective, the minimum requirement is 3 years, with most of the big brands ending at 8 years. What does it mean to double or triple the aging? Texture and taste. Longer aged bottles have a finer, delicate set of bubbles that are smaller in diameter. And a more complex, layered taste.

Stripping away all the layers of marketing and middlemen markups, COUP sources incredible late cellar aged champagne direct. Aged for longer, and harvested from plots of land in the champagne region adjacent to all the big brands, sometimes even using the same grapes, COUP Champagne is your curator.

This carrying case is the made from same build and materials used to hold professional photography and videography equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars. It's dustproof, waterproof, shockproof, weatherproof, and any sorts of proof that you can think of, and even has a valve to equalize pressure when flying.

The case was designed so you can travel safely anywhere with your bottle of craft champagne, whether it's to a New Year's party, Bondi beach, the Alps, or your favorite Michelin restaurant.

This 2004 Vintage Brut is from J de Telmont, a 4th generation boutique champagne producer located in Damery, France. These incredibly rare and limited bottles have been longer aged and now only available from the COUP collection.

Some of COUP Champagne's first collections came from the independent craft house of J. de Telmont. Founded in 1912 with the family motto of "Glory to champagne," four generations would go on to write the history of the brand through a completely hands on process that continues through to the present. Their harvest by hand ensures delicate precision. The art of tiré-bouché liège, or aging on natural cork, is carried on. The wine-making and aging take places in foudres (large oak vats), and riddling is still done by hand. Their family proudly perpetuates their traditions with passion and an ongoing search for excellence, better Champagnes, and an expression of their history.
