This knife has been exclusively designed within the cutler’s shop as a simple and practical knife, both in terms of its production and its use. It is loosely inspired by Roman knives, hence its name Ciociaro, although it does not use a spring mechanism. The blade has a pivot pin to open the knife, while a stainless steel screw controls the degree of its flexibility. The handle is made from a single piece of material decorated with carvings and grooves.
