What does it taste like?

The main palate consists of oats, nuts and berries. The taste is fairly neutral and mixes well with water or your favourite smoothie recipe. You can expect to taste the real, raw ingredients.

How long does it take to prepare? Also, how many people does 1 bag feed?

The Ambronite is mixed with water in a shaker, and it's ready in 2 minutes.

One 165 kcal pouch is a small snack/light breakfast for one. 2 or 3 pouches combined is equivalent to a larger meal which satisfies hunger for hours.

If you like doing smoothies, you can also mix Ambronite with your other smoothie ingredients such as fruits and berries.

Is it gluten-free?

None of the ingredients in Ambronite naturally contain gluten. However, the oat supplier processes other grains including wheat in the same facility, so there is a risk of a trace amount of gluten. Thus, we don’t recommend Ambronite for celiacs.
