Modern Tactical, USA hand make some of the best full-tang tactical knives on the market! Each D2 Trail Scout Micarta Large Hunter is made from a full-tang blade crafted from American D2 tool steel and hand ground to perfection by expert-skilled craftsmen. After the blade is ground and shaped it is vacuum tempered to 59-61HRC on a C-scale and the knife is battle-ready. The stainless and brass parts are forged and married to the leather handle material for a perfect fit. The knife's edge is sharpened and after careful quality control inspections the knife is ready for its high-quality leather sheath. Finally a journeyman leather craftsman handcrafts a custom fit buffalo-leather belt sheath to the knife. Modern Tactical knives are designed to take a beating and will last a lifetime.
