The Uber Chill XL takes roughly 60 to 80 minutes to reach its maximum cooling or heating temperature depending on the ambient temperature.

When the car is parked does it still work?

This depends on your car. If your car typically supplies power to the cigarette lighter port even when it is off, then it will keep working. If your car cuts off power to everything when it is off, then it will stop running.

What is the sound rating; how quiet is it?

This fridge operates at 60 dB or below - the equivalent of a low noise
computer fan. It is very unnoticeable in the background.

Can it be used outdoors on an exposed deck?

The Uber Chill XL can be used outdoors in good weather conditions, however, it is not waterproof and can become damaged if exposed to rain, sleet, or snow.

How many amps does it draw on 12 Volts?

This product will use about 3A when operating off a 12V car source.

How long will this keep things cold or warm once unplugged?

It will take about 2 hours for the fridge to return to ambient temperature after being set to cold or hot if it is completely empty. It might take longer if it has contents that have been cooled or heated for an extended period of time.

Does it plug into a normal outlet as well?

Yes, this plugs into both a car outlet and a standard wall outlet.
