This Camel Bone Large Santoku Chef Knife from La Cuisiner's line of handmade chef knives is one of the highest quality handmade Damascus Chef knives in the world. Each chef knife is forged using American 1084HC and Swedish 15N20. The Raindrop pattern Damascus has 396 layers and is oil hardened to 58-60HRC. The knife is balanced and sharp. Next, custom handles are hand shaped, buffed and hand polished for a perfect fit. Finally, a journeyman leather craftsman handcrafts a custom fit buffalo-leather belt sheath to the knife.
