For the extra dark chocolate lover on your list (or maybe for yourself?), the 72% Caramelized Cocoa Nib bar features cocoa nibs caramelized by hand in small batches. The Salty Sweet Cashew and Salty Sweet Hazelnut Bars contain whole nuts roasted in-house to a golden brown and covered in meringue of fleur de sel and cane sugar, and coated in premium chocolate.

Toffee Coffee bars contains homemade toffee and roasted coffee beans in dark milk chocolate. Tres Cojones contains hazelnuts, pine nuts, and almonds in rich bittersweet chocolate. Also included is 1 of each of dark and milk chocolate Caramelized Crisped Rice bars, where the brown rice is caramelized in pure cane sugar and blended with chocolate.

For the peanut lover, the Peanut Praline bar is made from Virginia peanuts, deep roasted with a thick layer of praline, broken into large bites and combined with dark chocolate. Experience two Ruby Cacao bars—the "4th chocolate" that is naturally pink and has a natural berry fruitiness. FAQ
How is the chocolate shipped to prevent melting?

We ship any packages going to areas that are 70 degrees or above with ice packs in an insulated container to prevent melting.

Are these gluten free?

Yes, all of these bars are gluten-free. We do however produce other items
that include gluten in our facility and while our cross-contamination
prevention measures are very thorough, we do suggest caution if you are
celiac or have a strong gluten intolerance with any facility that isn't
fully gluten-free.
