Chareau is an all-natural, refreshing spirit. Crafted in small batches in California, it's made with local, organic ingredients. The macerated vine fruits effortlessly blend with the eau de vie and bright botanicals. As a final step, fresh aloe vera is added to showcase the wonderful California agriculture in each bottle. Enjoyed in a delicious cocktail or served simply on the rocks with sparking water, Chareau is the perfect thirst-quenching summer beverage.

Cocktails

Eastside
— 1 1/2 oz Gin
— 1 oz Chareau
— 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
— 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
— 4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Garnish with Fresh Mint.

The Joshua Tree
— 1 oz Chareau
— 1 oz Tequila
— 1 oz Aperol

Stir the ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!

Green is the New Black
— 2 oz Chareau
— 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
— 1/4 oz Light Agave Syrup
— 4-5 Sprigs of Fresh Arugula

Muddle the arugula with the other ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake, then strain and pour into a coupe
