Can this be put in a fish tank as a decorative skull piece?

Artist epoxy resin is completely safe and inert once cured. The Resin panels have not been tested in water over long periods of time.

Can you spend the money?

No. Banknotes are manipulated and glued together. Taking the sculpture apart will destroy the Art and Banknotes value.

How many bills are in this sculpture?

No banknotes are used in the piece. The work is a fine art print, that is coated in resin.
