How does the adjustable function work?

There is a screw on the buckle and all you have to do is unscrew it and
take the strap out. Then you cut the extra slack with any pair of decent
scissors and then put it back into the buckle and tighten the screw. Takes
about 1-2 min to get the perfect size without the slack, every time.
