A Grand Cru shochu, this award winning, undiluted shochu is made from all natural, Satsuma-region triple A kogane sengan sweet potato for a mellow and sweet taste. This premium shochu is bottled at full cask strength, right out of the aging chamber; not a single drop of water is added into this shochu after the distillation process. Kogane sengan, the top shochu sweet potato, is used with no additives.
