Bushido means "the way of the warrior", a code of honor followed by the Japanese samurai. Bushido Premium Japanese Sake is a premium grade, hand-crafted sake brewed in Kyoto, Japan—the birthplace of sake. This ginjo genshu sake is smooth, crisp, and packs a punch with notes of tart raspberry and watermelon rind. Packaged in a super portable can, it's perfect for bringing on the go to enjoy at the end of your hike, lounging at the beach, or anytime really.

Ginjo Genshu describes Bushido's grade and style. Genshu means Bushido was not diluted after brewing so it's higher in alcohol (18%). Ginjo means the rice was thoroughly milled down before brewing, giving it a smoother taste despite being undiluted. Premium Japanese sake like Bushido is highly regulated so you know what you are drinking. This premium Japanese sake is naturally vegan, gluten-free, and sulfite free.

Can this be served hot?

We recommend enjoying Bushido chilled, but we have experimented with temperature and it can handle being slightly warmed. We just recommend warming not in the can so the metal doesn't heat up too much.
