The Abyss is an example of Breitling's move toward more modern designs. Breitling has done an excellent job in tying the old with the new. The angled numerals complement the signature angled Breitling bracelet. The high-tech rubber bezel is as functional as it is futuristic.
The details of this watch are stunning with its applied numerals and logo, and steel markers that sit flush in the bezel insert. It's not all flash either. At a 1500m pressure rating, this piece is equipped with a helium release valve for the few of us who are true divers.
