The Barrel Aged™ Cocktail Kit includes everything you need to make two batches of perfectly barrel-aged cocktails—the classic Old Fashioned and Manhattan. Simply pour the packet of cocktail mix in the 2L oak barrel and top it off with your favorite whiskey. Allow 3-5 days for the cocktail to age, then start tasting!

Thousand Oaks Barrel Co. barrels are made from 18-24 month-old, air-dried white oak staves and then kiln dried for 3 to 10 days to get a 6-8% liquidity in the wood. Highly skilled craftspeople fully char both staves and heads to maximize the flavor extraction. They also use a medium char (rather than an alligator char) so you don't have to worry about over-oaking your spirits. A chalkboard front head makes it easy to label your barrels with the date barreled and any other pertinent information.
