Totoi Semerena is a Mexican designer and illustrator inspired in Latin American iconography and its color palettes. His work stands out for having a colorful style marked by the influence of sneakers and manga.

In his colorful collaboration with Blanx he says “I tried to show a bit of a fresh and different side to how others see Latin America, to show an interpretation of the harvest with a touch of geometry and nature. The roots and references of Mexican art of yesteryear were my inspiration. An important part of the message is to represent our roots with a new vision to people from abroad."

All BLANX sneakers are done in close collaboration to visual artists. Each pair belongs to a limited edition, each collection contributes to a specific social impact project.
