Each Key Klipz is individually cut from a sheet of solid Grade 5 aerospace Titanium using precision Electrical Discharge Wirecutting (EDW) technology. Commonly known as 6AL 4V or 6-4 Titanium, the addition of 6% Aluminum and 4% Vanadium to 90% Titanium combines flex and ‘spring’ with strength to create one of the strongest and most lightweight metals available.
