BestSelf Co. started as a project between two entrepreneurs, Cathryn and Allen, who were on a journey to creating a life they loved, through building their respective businesses and being able to quit their day jobs. Too often they'd experience the sinking feeling of finishing a day and feeling unclear about their accomplishments and if they were really moving the needle forward on anything. so they created BSC and the Self Journal to create everyday tools for people to lead a life they can be proud of.
