The 2016 Six Prong Cabernet Sauvignon boasts black fruit flavors of plum and black cherry with a hint of anise, berry pie, and sweet toasted oak carry through the full-bodied palate. The finish is long and smooth with hints of clove and sweet oak. It's perfect with braised beef short ribs, duck breast or pasta dishes with red sauce make for ideal pairings.

The 2015 Browne Family Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded the Gold Medal at the San Francisco Wine Competition, and features aromas of dark berry and cigar box, into a full bodied, textured wine with flavors of black cherry, cassis and cedar. It ends with a long and lasting finish of dark chocolate and forest floor. Crafted as a cellar-worthy wine; enjoy it now or store it for up to ten years.

The 2013 Canoe Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted to highlight Washington red fruit in an accessible style. This is an inviting wine, with plenty of complexity in its deep, brambly aromas and flavors, structured with fine, silky tannins and a touch of cedar and vanilla from extended time in French oak.

Finally, the 2012 Apex Cellars Block 35 Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by an exceptional dark purple and ruby color that hints at its concentration of fruit, structure, and youth. The nose offers up classic aromas of crème de cassis, red currant, blueberry, cedar, vanilla cream and black olive. This wine has superb acidity, a big, bold structure, and integrated tannins that give way to a rich dark fruit profile and a finish that is persistent and toasty.
