Friends since their college days Callen and Zach shared multiple beer-related experiences. Living within walking distance of bars and breweries through most of their adult life their appreciation for beer flourished. Then In 2013 Zach moved from Southern California to Utah where he quickly realized he needed to start making his own brew and transporting said brew. Bottles weren’t cutting it and he knew there had to be a better way. With this, the Beer Barrel was conceived. Shortly after conception Zach brought Callen on-board to make the vision a reality and to help spread it with the rest of the beer-drinking world.
