Turn your gas range into a deluxe Neapolitan-style pizza oven with the BakerStone Indoor Series Gas Stove Top Pizza Oven. It includes everything you need to produce gourmet pizzas at home in just minutes using a standard gas range—no changing connections or complicated hook-ups. The patented 5-sided ceramic baking chamber collects heat from a single gas stove burner to emulate a wood-fired oven. The unique design reaches temperatures up to 750°F so you can serve up 11" pizzas in 2-4 minutes.

BakerStone fits perfectly over a single burner. Set the burner to high and preheat it for around 20 minutes. Once the needle reaches the desired temperature, you're ready to bake. The easy-to-read icons display the temperature range for oven-style baking as well as extreme wood-fired temperatures. The insulated double-walled upper housing offers optimal heat retention for baking bread or desserts, as well as searing off steaks, roasting vegetables, and cooking fish.

Can I use it on my outdoor gas grill?

This product was designed to work over a single round gas burner of an indoor gas stove. The product itself is fine for outdoor use but would function best over a single round gas burner like what is typically found on a side burner of a gas BBQ.

Can this only be used on gas burner or can it be used on stoves plates?

This product is for use with a gas burner only. It will not function properly on stove plates.

Does it come apart to clean?

Yes it does.
