Rated at IP66, the waterproof housing protects all electrical parts from internal water damage. Does the anti microbial effect wear off?

The anti microbial effect will not wear off because the material is within the plastic casing. It is a coating that we put on the keyboard and/or mouse.

Does this key board work using the Bluetooth feature on an Apple phone?

This is a USB-only keyboard and mouse combo. They have no Bluetooth capability.

Can this work with a Chromebook?

KM535 is compatible with all Windows OS. It will not work on Chromebook that runs Chrome OS.
