FAQ
Repairs to the board and foils can be handled by most marine/boat or surfboard repair shops. The propulsion units are easily disassembled and can be shipped via small parcel to Avante for service or repair.
Is there a weight limit for the rider?We recommend a max weight of 265 lbs however we've flown rider upwards of 300lbs. This is a bit dependent on the rider's ability.
How well does the E-Foil handle light waves?The beauty of the foil is you don't feel the waves when you're flying above them. So in short, it handles them great! We don't however, recommend taking the E-Foil into a surf line up with people in the water, however, the E-foil itself can handle waves just fine depending on your skillset.
