The Trio Family Set pack features ultra-fresh cuts of incredible tuna, perfect for sashimi, nigiri, or even some the freshest poke you've ever had.
Otoro is the fattiest portion of the tuna that can be found on the belly of the fish. The richness and texture of this cut is comparable to the infamous Japanese A5 Wagyu. The Toro is also a cut from the tuna belly with plenty of marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The yellowfin tuna features a beautifully bright ruby red color and fresh texture and flavor.
This super frozen fish is caught by longline and froze at (-75F/-60C) on the super frozen boats immediately before rigor happens. The result is a product that is fresher than fresh, preserving the flavor and texture.
