The Maximus Arena wood fired pizza oven boasts an ultra fast heat up time of only 25 minutes. Rather than heating up the house, this high powered oven will deliver flavors that you can’t get from indoor oven cooking. It's capable of cooking pizzas in under 3 minutes, and producing up to 30 pizzas per hour. Running it requires approximately 4-6 pounds of wood per hour, depending on moisture.

It's perfect for food trucks, trailers, tailgating, events, fairs, and parties. The outer wall is aluminum and the interior features double-walled stainless steel containing a high temperature special ceramic blanket. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, with decorative facade bricks are composed of (Lafarge) refractory cement and an internal structure with forged iron. The oven stays hot for hours inside while cool outside!
