The MARS Classic is an ultra-detailed, interactive, 3D model of Mars, built to 0.1 millimeters per pixel precision, based on actual data captured by NASA's MOLA elevation maps, and data from the Mariner 4 craft, and the Curiosity rover.

Through exhaustive prototyping and experimentation, the material density, 3D printing and paint pigment ratios have also been refined to ensure that the surface is so accurate and clearly visible it’s as if you were witnessing it with a naked eye. Visit the highest volcano in the solar system, Olympus Mons, 25 km from its base and over twice as high as Earth's Mt. Everest. Greet NASA’s Curiosity Rover and see the two natural satellites of Mars, Phobos and Deimos.

The model is also designed to be used with AstroReality's companion smartphone app, which uses your phone's camera and internet connection to show you comprehensive information about Mars' most iconic landmarks, and other little-known trivia. The model and the app work in tandem to weave together an unparalleled way to experience Mars, both in your hands and through your smartphone.
