These Cleoniceras ammonites date back to the Lower Cretaceous period, between 102 and 110 million years ago. This specimen from Madagascar has large, well formed chambers with yellow calcite interior in chambers along with earth-tone agate. It has been beautifully cut in half and hand-polished to better display. The back side is just as beautiful as the inside.
