Product Description

Spinosaurus was a large carnivorous theropod that may have reached 59 feet in length and weighed up to 20 tons. It had a large sail on its back that may have been used for thermoregulation or display. It is believed to have been semi aquatic with a crocodilian shaped skill. This specimen was found in the Kem Kem beds in the Sahara desert in Morocco, and dates back to the Cretaceous Period (146-65 MYA).
