Product Description
Carcharodontosaurus was a large carnivorous T-Rex like dinosaur with a much larger skull than the T-Rex. This dinosaur may have reached up to 43 feet in length and up to 7.5 tons in weight. Its skull was up to 6 feet in length with serrated teeth up to 8 inches long. Although it resembled a T-Rex, it was actually more related to the Gigantosaurus. This specimen was found in the Kem Kem beds in the Sahara Desert, Morocco. It dates back to the Cretaceous period (146-65 million years ago).
