Product Description

This is a beautiful Brazilian banded Agate Geode with an exposed cavity, lined with lustrous Druzy Quartz crystals. The front face has been polished to a mirror finish revealing colorful bands of blue and turquoise. Agate geodes form when gas bubbles are trapped in solidifying lava. Most agates occur in cavities of eruptive rocks or ancient lavas forming geodes filled with Quartz. Agates are thought to be grounding stones, bringing about an emotional physical and intellectual balance.
