A fantastic whorl of spines and sheer mass make this Pacific Ramosa Conch Shell is a very impressive seashell to hold and display. Murex Ramosus sea snails are thick, heavy, savage meat eaters. They mount other shelled animals like clams, scallops and barnacles and drill into them to get at the meat. In the ocean these seashells are covered in sea moss which camouflages them perfectly in their surroundings.
