Ashland Leather Co. was established by two long-time Horween tannery workers in Chicago— Phil Kalas and Dan Cordova. Both have worked in tanneries for a majority of their professional careers, and consequently have developed a great passion and love for leather. Setting out with the goal of creating fine leather goods that would last forever in terms of construction, quality, and style, they chose to create pieces made exclusively from Horween leather. The result is a timeless and rugged collection of personal and home accessories worthy of the time-honored Horween name.
