Formulated to provide the cleanest and safest fire possible, SMARTFUEL™ is a recycled liquid ethanol fuel created specifically for bio-ethanol ventless fireplaces. FAQ

How is the fireplace installed? With hardware to the floor or wall?

It is assembled onto its base with screws. It is similar to a TV on its stand when assembled.

How much fuel can you place in this at a time?

This model uses the pourable Smart Fuel, liquid bio-ethanol. The bottles are liters in size and the reservoir can hold 1/2 to 2/3 of a bottle which burns approx. 2-2.5 hours per fill.

How many BTUs and how many square feet will it heat?

It is approximately 6,000 btu. It will heat up to 350 sq ft.

Can one adjust flames (i.e. low, high) ; therefore; adjusting heat unit produces?

You can slide the damper lid over the flame slightly to adjust the flame but there is no actual low, med. high or settings.
