Crusader Tripoli, circa 1225 AD (Islamic year AH622), during the height of the Crusades. An excellent silver 1/2 dirham, Halab mint, struck AH622 (circa 1225 AD). A very rare Crusader silver coin, struck imitating the Islamic coins of the region of the time, copying a posthumous issue in the name of the the Ayyubid caliph al-Zahir Ghazi. Grades Choice Very Fine, with nice clear date. Rare!
