Seleucid Kingdom, Antiochus VII Euergetes (Sidetes), 138-129 BC. Excellent silver tetradrachm, Antioch on the Orontes mint. Diademed head of Antiochus right / Athena standing left, supporting Nike who holds a wreath on extended right hand, resting her left hand on grounded shield decorated with head of gorgoneion, propping spear with her arm. Monogram above A to left, uncertain letter to right; BAΣIΛEΩΣ / ANTIOXOY / EYEPΓETOY, all within wreathed border.
