This large silver coin made under the Roman occupation is set into a custom 18k gold bezel. The diademed head of Artemis is shown with a quiver over shoulder in the center of a Macedonian shield. The other side shows ΜΑΚΕΔΟΝΩΝ ΠΡΩΤΗΣ, the club of Herakles within an oak wreath. There are also monograms above and below.
