Product Description
Ancient Greece, 2nd Century BC. A fantastic and large Hellenistic ceramic orange-ware oil lamp. Wheel-made, the body round with grooves and ridges around the fill-hole, pierced lug on left side, long cylindrical nozzle with angled wick-hole, raised ring foot on base. Intact and exceptionally well-preserved. Antique collection labels on bottom.
