Product Description

An excellent necklace comprised of ancient Egyptian faience disk beads dating from Egypt’s New Kingdom to Late Dynastic Period, circa 1570-535 BC, along with a large vibrant blue Egyptian “melon” bead dating from the Third Intermediate Period through late Dynastic Period, circa 1000-535 BC. The melon beads are exceptionally rare in this quality, and the colorful disk beads are incredibly high quality as well, seldom seen this nice.

The necklace measures 19 inches long, and is strung on high quality jewelry wire and findings. The central blue bead diameter about 15mm (5/8-inch). Beads ex-Nomis Antiquities; ex-Simonian family collection, Switzerland, collected in the 1960's. Each necklace is unique but extremely similar in appearance. The one you will receive might be slightly different and not necessarily the same as pictured.
