Product Description
Ancient Greek, Southern Italy, 4th century BC. Time of Alexander the Great! A wonderful ceramic Oinochoe (wine vessel). A small pottery pitcher in buff clay with trefoil spout and remains of black pigment. Nicely preserved with some chipping to the lip, earthen and mineral deposits on the surfaces.
