Product Description
Large bronze horse rider figure from Ancient Celtic Danubian Tribes, c. 2nd-1st century BCE. Bronze statue of a horseman, with shoulder length hair and beard, he wears a belted coat and boots; both his arms extended. The figure originally sat atop a horse, made of bronze itself, lost in antiquity. Now mounted on a nice custom base. A fabulous piece with great green patina and wonderful detail. Beautifully preserved.
