A cute Nayarit ceramic figure of a seated drummer, wearing a low headdress and multiple necklaces and nose rings, Pre-Columbian. Nayarit, West Mexico, c. 100 BC - AD 200. He is decorated with black and crème painted details over a deep orange slip. An excellent example in great condition with mottled deposits.
