This coin is from the Ancient Roman Empire, during the reign of Nero, from 54-68 AD. Large bronze As of Cilicia, Augusta. Laureate head of Nero right / Draped bust of Dionysus right, wearing ivy wreath; thyrsus over shoulder; cantharus to left. Olive and brown patina. Good VF.
