A very nice orange-ware tripod jar, Teotihuacan, Mexico, c. 300 - 600 AD. This piece is thin-walled with a band of impressed solar symbols within parallel grooves around the lower portion of the body. Well-preserved and very scarce, with mineral deposits and root marks.
