Ancient China. Large cluster of coins from a Song Dynasty shipwreck! Recovered from a Chinese vessel that sank in the South China sea, likely during the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279 AD). Cluster of seven or so coins, all “1 cash”, still somewhat stacked, and embedded with marine seabed sediment. Noted in this cluster is a Ren Zong (1022-63 AD). Very thick! .
