Product Description
A very nice English flared barrel percussion pistol made in the early 1800s. With a 6.5” barrel length and .60 smoothbore barrel. Features a flared muzzle and full octagon barrel, brass butt, trigger guard, and finial. Nicely preserved iron fixtures with hand-carved checkered pistol grip, walnut stock and period ramrod. Brass has never been cleaned and iron has a wonderful, rich dark patina. Stock with a rich chocolate-brown tone with a few minor chips/cracks at fore-end. The date “1807” is carved into the butt.
