This Bronze Coin originates with the Vandals, Germanic Tribe, circa 440-490 AD. Tiny bronze nummus, possibly Carthage mint, Pseudo-Imperial coinage. Laureate and draped bust left, "gobbledygook" inscription around / Stylized goddess standing right. 12 mm, 1.10 g. ref: BMC Vandals 21-31v. F/VF, chocolate-brown patina & light earthen green deposits. Provenance: Ex De Pere, WI collection
