The coin depicts his laureate head right, CAESAR AVGVSTVS DIVI F PATER PATRIAE around / Gaius & Lucius Caesares standing front, each with a hand resting on a round shield, a spear, & in field above, a lituus right & simpulum left ("b9"), AVGVSTI F COS DESIG PRINC IVVENT around.
